1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at jaipur@ansarirugs.in to request cancellation.
- After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
2. Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns within 5 days of receipt for items that are unused and in their original packaging.
- Return Process: To return an item, contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- • Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method with in 7 business days
4. Exchanges
- Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
